Villa Thunderbird (main house) is a custom built home in the prestigious Pedregal development in Cabo San Lucas.

The main house is over 5000 square feet under roof with 3000 square feet of outside deck living space. The house has four master bedrooms each with a private bath, along with a guest half bath off the dining area. Each bedroom has been built in the round with at least 12 feet of glass facing the Pacific Ocean and a round brick dome above each bed with indirect lighting and a ceiling fan. Each master bathroom has a 6 foot round shower with dual shower heads, a hand held sprayer, a built-in tiled seat and white water ocean views. Two bathrooms also have bidets and Jacuzzi tubs. The upper deck gives you a 130 degree view of the Pacific Ocean, an elevated spa with water cascading into the pool, a swim up bar in the pool and an outside shower with hot and cold purified water. The pool has sun and shade seating most of the day as well as a shallow section for lounge chairs. The lower level offers the same grand views from all of the bedrooms and the large private decks.

Casa Thunderbird (guest house) has its own private entrance and is 1400 square feet under roof (single story) with over 600 square feet of outdoor living space. There is a spiral staircase that connects the guest house to the main house. The guest house has 2 master bedrooms with private baths. Both decks give you great white water views. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to take you out to the sun deck which has an outdoor shower and a spa with a waterfall.

- Daily maid service is provided (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
The maid usually arrives between 9:00 - 9:30 A.M. Saturday maid service can also arranged if needed.
- Both houses have a purified water system (except the toilets and outside hose bibs)
- Both houses have central air conditioning (4 separate zoned units in the main house and two separate zoned units in the guest house)
- There is a central vacuum system throughout both houses with toe kick collectors under the kitchen counters
- There are wall safes in each bedroom closet for your convenience
- Most of the windows in both houses are U.S. '' tempered plate with Azurelite blue tint.
- The grounds are landscaped with coconut palms, banana trees, orange
trees, lime trees, tropical plants and flowers

COMMENTS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS FROM THE OWNER:

- Please do not smoke in the house.
- Please respect our neighbors by keeping outside noise to a minimum
after 10:00 PM.
- Please use only plastic glasses in and around the pool and spa areas
- Please conserve water - there is a shortage here in Cabo.
- Please conserve electricity by turning off utilities when not in use or
needed (i.e., lights, fans, spa and air conditioning). The cost of electricity in Mexico is extremely high.
- Please keep doors closed when operating the air conditioning.
- Please use a cutting board on the granite counters and stainless sink drainboard.
- Please use only plastic utensils when using the non-stick cookware, as any metal utensils will destroy the non-stick surface.
- Please use a tablecloth or placemats on the glass dining table to protect it. Dishes and glassware will scratch it.
- Please use caution with suntan lotion around the sofas and bedspreads.
- Garbage pickup is twice per week. The garbage can is under the deck staircase near the kitchen and bags for the cans are under the kitchen sink. Bags MUST be used.
- Use the white 13 gallon plastic trash bags (under kitchen sink) in the
trash compactor. Compactor bags are not available in Cabo.
- The phone number for the house is 14-34934. When dialing from the US to Cabo San Lucas you must first dial 011-52-1 plus the number. Long distance calls must be placed through our special telephone service and must be billed to your credit card. Local calls just dial the 7 digit number.
- We do recommend that you use the wall safes as there are maintenance workers (pool service, gardeners, maids, etc.) coming and going. With 12 doors to the outside one never knows if they are all locked or not. Lost or missing keys are $25.00 each, as they are high security keys and cannot be duplicated here in Cabo.
- We do not recommend swimming in the Pacific due to strong, dangerous currents and riptides. However walking along the beach is a great experience and surf fishing is also excellent.

VILLA THUNDERBIRD (MAIN HOUSE)

Our gourmet kitchen was designed by a San Francisco chef.

SPA/POOL INFORMATION

- The spa is situated above the pool, which gives you a white water view
even while seated. The water cascades over the spa rocks into the pool.
There is also a waterfall feature so you can create the waterfall and still
retain the hot water in the spa. The main spa control panel is located on the
entrance wall above the dining room steps. This main control also gives
you the spa temperature. An additional control is located at the spa's edge.
- There is a swim-up bar with four stools in the pool. The bar has a
sink with purified hot and cold water.
- There is an outside shower next to the spa with purified hot and cold
water
