One
of the biggest changes is the new pool and spa that has replaced
the old pool. There is a large terrace area ideal and set up for
outdoor dining under shade, there is also a service bar with fridge,
TV and stereo. There are lots of children's lawn toys and hammocks
in addition to the patio furniture.
The
common areas inside include a games room which doubles as a media
room with a 52" TV, satellite radio, sound system with external
speakers, wet-bar, pool table and gym.
